Fitting of Interior Hard Cover Seat Backs

I was recently riding in the back of my friends 8 and he has the leather package, and his seats come with a hard gray colored seat back cover... I was wondering if that would be able to detach and fit onto a normal cloth interior seat? And if so, does anyone know where I would be able to buy these seat backs from and how to remove/install them?

I'm sure that is a Mazda only part...
But out of curiousity, why do you want those?

My guess would be that it is part of the heated seat package so that the heat heated the seat instead of the air behind.

I want them because they are a darker gray, and they would go PERFECTLY with my dark gray theme of my car. Also it adds alot more style to the seats. Thanks for the info, It's upsetting to know that i won't be able to put them on.
