Help - radio, outlet and info bar don't work

Help - radio, outlet and info bar don't work

I just purchased this 04 RX8 at an auction. The a/c works but the radio, info bar and 12v outlets do not work. I have checked all the fuses, removed the HC (with help from all the posts on here) and re-installed, I purchased another used HC and still nothing. What else do I need to look at?
