Question HELP..!!! no sound on speakers...

so i have a problem, i installed a Line Output Converter for my amp. and now i have no audio coming out from the speakers all the conections are right and i have done the same instalation before. i tought it was probably a fuse but i check all the fuses and they seem to be fine, my guess is maybe a fuse behind the radio??? have this happened to anybody before??? any info is appreciated.
