HELP - Low Radio Volume

Greetings from the UK.
Got into the car this AM and the radio is very very quiet (at a level of 28 it's about as loud as it would be usually on 12 or so) and the steering wheel buttons aren't working any more

All FM stations the same volume, CD volume is fine as is Aux-in (I have an AuxMod basic).

It's the standard 6 disk Bose headunit.

Any help much appreciated.

have you taken the HU out for anything?

the only thing i can think is a loose wire..

and which modes are messed up? it's hard to tell from your post..

if it's just FM and AM then it may be the antenna..

Hi, it was the radio - Am/Fm - much quieter than the other inputs.
The other problem was the steering wheel controls weren't responding.

Got into the car this evening and it's all OK again, looks like a reboot has sorted it.
