Help i need it!!!!
Hey so i just got an after market stereo (speakers, sub, amp, deck)
i took apart everything and got the stereo to work everything is good. i ordered the stereo installation kit, like the black plastic thing, is that all that i need to get the hazard lights and the a/c to work?

What "stereo replacement kit" did you order?
the AC controls were part of the stereo you removed. If you got the Metra stereo replacement kit, it should have come with a replacement control unit for the AC. If not, I'm not really sure where to get one except to order a metra kit.
