Glassed BC in Ash tray

Thought I'd share some pics of my latest project. I fiberglassed my Apexi BC into my ashtray. My goals were to have it completely removable and concealable. I think it turned out pretty good.

hey, here's a question.. what's the easiest way to remove the connectors from the back of the ash tray? I've had real trouble getting them out, especially the damn light connector.

I really need to learn to work with fiberglass. That looks hawt.

Looks the mutts nuts!!
What are the dimensions of your boost controller, as I said to you earlier, I quite fancy throwing an mp3 player or pmd of some sort in there, preferably one with a large screen.

Can you remove the unit easily, or is it stuck in there as a permenant fixture now?

It is easily removable

hey, here's a question.. what's the easiest way to remove the connectors from the back of the ash tray? I've had real trouble getting them out, especially the damn light connector.
To remove that light connector you need to use a screwdriver to bend the plastic V apart while you pull that connector out.

What are the dimensions of your boost controller
I think I remember it was roughly 5"W X 2H X 1D.

Wow! Thats nice. Care to attempt a three gauge pod (52mm) to fit under that ash tray lid? I am sick of looking at my nest of wires and waiting for RB to release theirs. I'd pay $$$.
