Front Bose Speaker Alternating On/Off

Front Bose Speaker Alternating On/Off
I've dug up a couple of old posts but none really addressing or answering my issue.
I have already dealt with replacing my old Bose factory amp with a used Bose amp off ebay as my first one went bad and the sound was just hissing and popping even when the HU was off.
My problem is now this, and if I recall it was happening even before I replaced the rear main amp. My front left/right main speakers will come in and out at random and are rarely on at the same time. I've taken off the door panel and checked connections and they are fine... are both the little individual amps going bad? Did I get unlucky and get a second amp with the same problem? Something else?
As a side note, this is also occuring within the same time frame as both myself and my fathers headphones from Bose dying. So much for paying for "quality."
