Feedback? Tried Everything?!
Well i'm having some bad feedback issues. At first i thought it was a grounding issue so i ran a 6 gauge wire up to a grounding bolt to in the engine bay. Didn't help so i connected it directly to the battery. That made it worse so i put it back to the grounding bolt. Pissed me off because i did that for nothing
. So then i proceeded to try disconnecting the RCA's from the LOC. That made it stop so i threw in a ground loop isolator. Made it sound like i was in a fishbowel so i took it out. What can i possible do to make this go away because it's starting to drive me crazy

Do you have everything in your car using the same ground? - the amps and LOC and everything should have the same ground..
and it may be your LOC itself - cheapy ones seem to crave some feedback.
another thing you may try is to turn the pre amp from the LOC up and turn the amps down - that way they aren't amplifying the noise as much
and what components are you using? give us some names and models and how you have it hooked up.. you have a problem somewhere and we will start naming stuff till we get it right

The LOC really doesn't matter if its grounded or not. Although its worth a shot to see if that could be it.
What do you have in the vehicle, is it a 4 channel amp pushing speakers, or a 2 channel amp running subs? If its subs then it sounds like the grounds aren't good enough, did you make sure you cleared the area of paint before using it as a ground? If its a 4 channel amp running speakers then you need to run your power and RCA's on opposite sides of the vehicle and then that may clean up your sound issues.
