I'm struggling with the wires leaving the gauge pod. How did you run them through the vent tube below the pod? I have been studying this too much it seems....

Drilled a hole in the vent and bored it out to about 1/2" diameter then used some fairly sturdy wire to fish down and round the a/c vent below and then down and out towards the steering wheel.

Then it was just a matter of taping up the connectors to the wire and gently fishing it back up.

with those behemoth connectors on your pods, it's unlikely you could fish those things in-between the two vents.

Bingo...........wasn't even going to attempt it.

Now, if I understand you correctly, you can you still rotate your vent right? Just curious????????

The AC vent? Sure... I steered clear of it... routed the wires around it... not through it.
