Hello all, new to the Rx-8 world here.. I'm looking for a double din Gps/dvd/radio that i can use with a metra kit and keep all functions of steering wheel, colors etc.. Any inputs will help a ton..

No in dash will allow you to keep your steering wheel controls without additional equipment. You need to purchase one of these:

For which ever brand name headunit you eventually settle on. Probably the SWI-PS or the SWI-JACK.

Stick with a major brand name and avoid flea market or AutoZone brands and you'll be fine. Pioneer, Alpine, and Kenwood are probably the three most popular choices. And with good reason. Maybe use crutchfield to help you decide? Click on the compare boxes and compare them side by side:

And they don't seem to carry Alpine anymore for some reason, so don't forget about them.
