Can anyone please tell me if the inside middle door panel inserts on the front doors are removable? If so how? Do they just snap in and out?

You're going to have to pull the door panels off to find out, I'm sure. I would be surprised if they are removable. It's typically not normal practice unless the vehicle employs a door module that houses the window regulators, etc. I believe the 8 does have a door hardware module, but I still don't think they are removable without destroying the door trim panel.
