Unfortunately no. Well unless you want to just tear the drive out and use it as an IDE drive for a car pc, there are lots of cheaper ways of doing that though .

I use the NAV so infrequently that the warning screen doesn't even bother me. Still, would have been cool if someone had eventually figured this out.
