hey guys..i read a little bit about the dcs light on another forum and i thought i would see if anyone here could give me a clearer answer

i am about 70% done installing my system but my dcs light is on when i start my car..i have not driven the car yet, just started..although i did take it out of park..the only two things not connected are the heat control and the fan control to the faceplate..so does anyone know why this is.???.also i think the light in the middle of the rpms with a picture of a car and tire tracks is also on

 

when you pull the battery, the DSC needs to reset itself. start the car.. drive it for a bit, then turn the car off and back on and it should be all better.

 

Stability control needs to be calibrated -

Ignition on,
start,
steer all the way left,
then all the way right,
ignition off,
then re-start,
lights should be off.

thanks guys..and as for the car in the middle of the rpm with the skid marks? will that be fixed with the same solution as to the dcs light

 

After you drive for a bit...think its 10 miles or so it will shut off. From what ive read...you should drive kinda calm till that light turns off.
