Dash Dings?

Ok I took my radio out a while ago to do the heater **** fix. While taking my dash apart with a small screw driver I didn't feel it was necessary to use a cloth wrapped on top of that to make sure not to ding the dash. Well I realized that I was wrong and now have a pretty big ding in the dash plastic where I preyed the CD player from the dash and it mushed the dash. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done this. What is a good way to repair this without a whole new dash?

The only way I can think is you have to take it out again and bondo it, sand it, and paint it.

Seems easier to live with it or buy a new piece. Whatever the part you messed up is.

Nooo i promise your not the first. I have a bunch of little gauges on the right and left of where my old stock radio was. The result of prying and removing my stock radio for multiple mods and eventually a double din upgrade. I havnt figured out a solution except fill them with bondo filler (in the tube). On a positive note, the exact color of the dash is the same as the general flat black primer from autozone (the generic brand with the white and black label) let me know if u ever fix them, ill do it eventually if i ever get some time..

Heres the pics sorry it took so long to post them I kept forgetting to take them. The last picture is actually not my fault but its a small chunk out of the leather door panel piece. Any Suggestions?
