Custom screen in stock position

I've done a search around here, but I can't find the one where this one is. I'm looking to completly redo the stock system. Components, sub, amps, and a screen. I want to have the screen fiberglassed into where the stock radio is. I saw somewhere on here, someone had this setup and the AC controls and everything was fiberglassed down to where the ashtray is. If anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it, also, if you know of any good custom audio places in the San Jose area, I'd appreciate that too, thanks.

Alright, well I have been out of car audio for a while cause I got a new car and I had to sell all my stuff that was in my blazer. Anyways, I'm going all out on my Mazda. As some of you may know, there is no kind of dash kit for this car, so I am going to get a screen and fiberglass it into where to stock dash is. So I'm asking, I've been gone for a little, but what is there for screens?

I want atleast 7" touch screen and I was everything, navigation, dvd, cd, mp3, etc etc. It will basically control everything.

This is what I had in my blazer

12W7
BEtter Audio 1600M1
Kicker Resolution RS6
US Acoustic USX-2080
Pioneer DEH-P850MP

I need to know your suggestions, I'm thinking two 8W7's but I don't know.

Limit will be about $3500 WITH install. This will be a SQL install.

Eclipse ANV5435 will be the source unit in a double din arrangement or the Pioneer AVIC N2 in a single din. I would do the Eclipse in a heartbeat for a SQ based system. For speakers, we all hear differently. These speakers should make your short list, Focal, Boston, Morel, Macrom, Eclipse (Vifa in disguise), AVI, Dynaudio and others that some other people in the "know" will refer. Amplifier wise, a 50w x 4 amp is more than enough power, if the budget allows, nothing wrong with going more. For a sub I would consider a single 10" driver in a small sealed box, the Eclipse aluminum is a standoff favorite performer here.

Keep in mind that you can't dump the stock radio and expect your air conditioning to still work.

I'm still waiting to see if I can steal parts from Metra's mazda 6 kit and get rid of the stock radio.

you can't dump it, but you can move it (like I did), or do whatever weird thing that devoid did to his to make room for his screen and HU
