computer fans for trunk..
as some of you already know, i blew my jl 500/1 amp not too long ago. while i wait for my new one, im trying to find ways to cool down the area enclosed. i was thinking about mounting two 120mm computer fans on the bottom of my plexiglass. would this work efficiently? should i have them both blowing air out? or one in and the other out?

experiment with in/in out/out in/out
see what works best

Computer fans run at 12V, so simply strip the wire and connect it to a 12V supply from your car. It does not require exact 12V (a little higher or lower simply speeds up or slows down the fan). Try not to get the 12V from inside the AMP as it will induce noise into the supply.
It's best to have one fan blowing and one sucking as to circulate the air. To cool things, you need to take energy out. If fans blow in and no air goes out, then hot air simply traps inside.
