cheap loc's

ok i have an audiobahn 8002t amp that has high voltage inputs. im wondering if the rear speakers are going to fry it because of the higher voltages produced by the bose amps being alot more powerfull then your average headunit. My other question is there are lots of loc's that people recomend on this site. a schorch cheapy 20 dollar one all the way up to a 120 dollar one. whats actually necessary if i dont plan on running aftermarket amps to any other speakers other then my subwoofer? also whats the best place to ground your amp in the trunk. is it a good spot on the drivers side behind the plastic carpeted peice where the swaybar meets the frame. that parts not painted and seemed solid enough to me but im not sure. thanks.
