Carputer monitor

Ok so I got an OEM hood and im gonna do the standard touch screen swap out put I was wondering wot is the best monitor I know lilliputs are the most popular but I was hoping I might get a screen that is as sensitive as an ipad/iphone screen and not one you have to mash.

Most touchscreens I've seen uses resistive panels, which are not as nice and responsive as the capacitive ones used in top of the line mobile devices.

That's another reason I'm waiting for a good 7'' android tablet with good resolution and touchscreen to mount it in there. Waiting to see if the Archos' 70 is up to the challenge.
