Can't change song

So i recently purchased Pioneer AVH-Z5000DAB + SWI-RC + Metra kit and got it installed by a professional dealer. Problem is i can't change track on Bluetooth or cd. The "switch track" buttons on steering wheel, only works on radio/DAB, for searching new channels. Volume, mute and mode buttons work perfectly. So did they program it wrong? Is this a known issue?
