There's two different factory Bose speakers. I haven't figured out what determines what 8 gets which version.

The amp being discussed in this thread is from the first picture.

 

It is your crossover, I had the same problem it was a simple$15 fic

 

How do i fix the crossover...does it have the same relay as the door amp that needs to be replaced ?? If not, what is the $15 fix...

Thanks for the previous reply. I have been trying to get an answer for some time but no one has the speaker like I have

 

And a small amount of people have this design....Guess i am the minority because i have it..looks like the same type relay on the crossover as discussed having the problem on the amp for the first speaker. The second picture is the speaker i have and does not have a door amp. Also wonder where amp is located for the door speakers ?
