KY blowing hot air

First off, my unit only blows hot air 24/7. Under my hood, however, the AC pipe is cold and frosty. I figured it must be the control unit since it was still blowing air, and since the pipe is cold. I did the **** test to take it from 0-16. It sticks on 0. I figured it had to be the control unit. I disassembled the control unit and I figured I would see broken solder joints like in the DIYs pictures. My solder joints appear to be in good condition (I think, I have 0 experience). Here is a picture of them.

Do they appear to be in good condition to you all? Should I go ahead and hot solder them? Any other ideas/suggestions? Thanks!

Not sure if this matters for everyone else or if it's just for me... but when you click the link I gave, it automatically adds in http://www.gophoto.it/view.php?i=

I have to remove that part out of my URL for the picture to load.

Mine didn't "Look" broken either.. just put a very small amount of solder on them.. it's super easy and will fix your problem guaranteed Getting the board out was the hard part.
