i just got my rx8 slightly used, 2k miles.
it has the 6cd changer, but i'd much rather have an mp3 cd player. can they just swap the cd changer unit at the dealer or something?

also, how difficult would it be to get a JL 10w7 in either a wedge or H.O. wedge box in. cosidering the wiring and the fit.

i've thought about other companies besides JL, but when space is limited (1 sub + trunkspace) and u want high quality volume, there isnt really anywhere elso to go.

any suggestions?

 

The 6 disc can be swapped out by the dealer or anyone that can handle a little DIY. Removing the radio has been detailed many times on this forum.
