hey guys
I want to keep my factory system but I want to add an auxiliary in to my HU. all the post that I have read said that you need to have firmware of 9.55. I have 9.53. do I realy need to remove my HU and send it in to be flashed. Has anyone used the AudioLink unit with the 9.53 firmware.

I talked to the guys at Mazdaparts.com about getting this flash. They do have to also install / change out a chip in the head unit, so you will have to take out the head unit if you're interested.
I'm waiting for AuxMod as well because it seems Overload's found a way around the firmware requirements.
