Audio Wiring Description

Hi, im getting ready to replace the stock radio with a pioneer avic-n1. I have no clue which wires im going to have to t-tap from the stock harness to be able to connect my speakers,power,etc. to my tv. Does anyone have like a diagram or something that couild help me.
