Audio problem after dealer service

Audio problem after dealer service

Hi,

I am new here. I have an odd question. I recently had my RX8 in for service (the battery went bad) and when I picked it up I didn't notice that the audio system has no sound at all. Everything powers on and it loads and ejects CDs, so I think it is more than likely power to the BOSE amplifier or something like that. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? I don't want to have to take it back in for something that will be real easy to fix. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks!

anti theft, i believe you need a code(you should know know/have it) this happens when batt is disconnected

In the UK models with Bose, you need to have put the code in yourself and chosen to enable the feature.
