Audio Link Problems - anyone else
I installed an Audio Link for my iPod a few months ago. It's works OK. Occasionally I have a recurring problem: I turn on the head unit and lose the CD and EX modes. The solution is to turn everything off, unplug the cable that runs from the Audio Link box to the iPod at the Audio Link box. Sart it all back up, and it jiggy again...for while.
This is all well an good, but the wiring harness is less than robust and I think it will eventually fail from all the plugging and unplugging.
ANyone else having this problem?
Bob

The RPM people I bought my Audio Link from have been very helpful and replaced the first unit which had a bad plug and then that one because of a firmware issue.
I recommend that if you have a problem you should give them a call because they can probably help you right away.
