It's a clean little install. Actually not that hard to do. Carpet can still make it functional if there is an amp cover and speaker grills of some sort but a smooth painted finish would just be damn sexy! That also isn't really all that hard!

Probably fairly well. Subs facing one another will not cancel each other out, which is a common myth. Besides, they look to be angled about 20-30 degrees forward, which both looks good and may sound better.

Overall, if the enclosure is rigid and properly sized, i bet it is great.
