Anyone upgrade fog light bulbs
This has got to be fairly straight forward, but the manual says leave it to the dealer. Is accessing the foglight bulbs that much of a project?

it's not as hard as the manual says 2001f4s, but it is a chore. u gotta get under the front of the car, remove something like a hundred bolts and have a pretty linber hand. (ok, a hundred bolts is a little exaggeration )
seriously, it takes some time but u can do it yourself. i did. :D
i ordered some hoen's. expensive but they look good and really do match the HIDs quite well.

If you live in a cold climate watch out for the Nokya H11 lights.I had them installed on mine and it cracked the lens on the fog lights themselves. The wattage is to high the dealer told me.The correct wattage is 55w the Nokya bulbs are 80w.

I personally went with the AdvancedOptik 55W H11s in my fogs and the 65W H9s in my high beams. Both are a nearly exact match for the HIDs in color, and the high beams are considerably brighter than the factory bulbs... or so I'm told. I have yet to find the time to put them in! But many others have. Check out this thread for lots of discussion on changing out the bulbs.
They can be purchased here.
Hope this helps.

My aftermarket fog light
Here is a set of aftermkt fog lights that I upgraded the light bulbs. They now have 100 watt bulbs instead of the 55watt bulb. The differeance is a brighter road:D
