Question Any help would rule!

Ok, I just added an amp and subwoofer to my 8 just to add a little kick to the music, and the subs are not working. I followed exactly what was shown in a DIY thread I found on this forum.

I am basically running 2-10" jlw6 (old version) subs with a ppi pc275 amp and tapping into my rear speakers using a PAC line output converter. The subs are wired in series and run at 6 ohms. All the other stuff is routine (ie. i used the 2nd cig. lighter as remote turn-on). The amp seems to be working since the light comes on when car is on. The only thing I can think of is a bad connection somewhere. Any input would be appreciated.
