Aftermarket NAV

I only have my new 8 for 3 days, but because I am totally new to the LA area (state), yesterday I spend 3 hours drove a total of 180 miles to the dealership which suppose to only take 45 mins (75 miles). Then thinking back skipping the NAV system may not be such a good idea for me. Is there any good aftermarket system out there that people will install for you? I can't do any DIY so it can't be anything too crazy. Will it be even possible to have the dealer install the factory NAV? Thanks a ton.

p.s. if you see a winning blue RX-8 in and around Fort Polk, then that would be me.

My dealer told me that the factory NAV can NOT be put into an RX-8 if it doesn't already have it. Maybe they just don't bother on doing it. If you can't do it yourself and can't break the bank, then maybe a handheld one that plugs into your cig lighter is your best bet.
