Aftermarket headunit???

Alright, I went through the whole DIY section and a fat part of the interior/audio section, so please don't just say "the search button is your friend." If one were to use an aftermarket headunit, lets say, mounted on top of the consol, what could you use for a harness.
Pretty much I just need to know what could be used as a harness. I know about all the other complications.
If there is a thread I missed could you toss me a link. Thanks.

The serch button is your friend.

I couldn't resist.
Ahem...

all you need to do is tap into the main radio harness for 12 volts constant, 12 volts ignition, Ground, and if it's a bose system, 12 volt amp remote on wire. cut the speaker wires and attach the speaker side to your new head unit. I don't recommend hooking up to the speaker out wires if you have a bose system because they are line level out (low voltage) and most head units speakers pump out high voltage. If you have line level out (RCA) connectors out of your aftermarket head, use them in connjunction with a "line driver" since the bose amp takes a 7 volt sgnal and most aftermarket line level aren't more than 4 volts.

Hope that helps.
