I have only one transmitter and key for my rx8. It is the keyless entry and start for the grand touring version, which costs $300... I do not have a spare transmitter or key and do not want to spend $300. Can I purchase a blank key that can be programmable to start the car if I only have one set of keys? This key for example http://www.finishlineperformance.com...cat=298&page=1

Oh and I forgot to ask if I get a blank key and just cut it can it be used to start the car without programming it?
