Yes,it is a washer fluid reservoir cap-and a nice one,too. :D
I'm buying a billet aluminum oil cap to go under my IPT carbon fiber engine cover,and I won't see it constantly,but I know it's there.

Yeah,I got a washer fluid cap AND the brake fluid cap,the oil I want a seperate type for,likely a billet....
