With today's computer processing speed. some simulations could be done on computer. So dont really need to go test it at a wind tunnel.

buy the equipment and software needed for computational fluid dynamcs simulation and the money involved in creating an exact 3d model and get back to us with how much that costs...

thousand of dollars,, luckily where I work we have a cluster of computers set up soley for the task...
This is how Im gonna test out the vehicle Im building with Moon,,,,

Actually the cost for this application is not that high.

For about 10 grand you can get the software and the PC to do it.

Here's one easy way of testing out products without having to use a wind tunnel. It's not an RX-8, but it's a perfect example.
