So Im wondering if both of these OEM parts, the rear bumper accents and rear bumper mud guards, for the rear valence can be installed together> Or if Ibought the ebay knock offs in this thread(https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-exterior-appearance-body-kits-27/rear-exhaust-valance-257921/) would I be able to install the OEM mud guards as well? Thank you guys in advance!

Ok, but what if I was able to use a dremel to trim the two pieces, and then used 3M double sided tape to secure whichever piece wasnt screwed in?

Well with enough dremel and tape you can do anything, but the pieces are meant to occupy the same space and use the same attachment points, so it's not really like you can put one on top of the other and expect the shapes to fit.
