undertray with appearance kit

undertray with appearance kit
I have an 05 no apperance rx8 I put an appearance kit from an o4 on it and the under tray and bolts do not line up at all the holes on the kit are not the same. I do not see a diffrent undertray listed in the parts diagram. please help if possible.
