wet sand, clear coat, wet sand, buff, then it's wet looking. Get two levels of grit, on fine grit, one even more so. If you have a drip or bump you'll want to use a medium grit to even it out.
Haters of smoked tail lights can go on loving their altezza look. I love my blacked out tails btw.
