yes,

the 130 thing is real!

i you need to look at my lip.. it goes over the and behind the under tray. removes all the wind at the leading edge, where the screws attach and tend to get loose...

should have the car up in the air all weekend.. will get some shots..

beers

I just dont want to invest a lot to solve this as the time spent at 130+ is very small. Most times on the track you are not above 100mph.
I have only been on Roebling Road in Savannah since I installed the Pettit system and my debut at Road Atlanta and it's much longer straightaway has me a little concerned. I est at least a 145mph top speed on the back straight. I really dont know if i want to take it that high. You have to brake hard to enter the next turn--a 90 degree one-- and believe me, at 130+ things change.
I am also a little concerned in blowing out the front airdam undertray.
would splitters and or front lip help me noticeably?

I have the real carbon fiber Burnout lip and I've had my car up to 239mkh (149mph) on the street and Nurburgring with that lip and the car seemed planted every time.

Swoope: have you found it helps at higher speeds? I can't find the GB for the front lip only the trunk spoiler =( Not that I have the money to spend on this stuff atm =(

I'd just be worried about the durability.

I've hit 160mph in mine and to top it off it was under acceleration so the front was probably higher than it would be if I were cruising up to that speed. The car felt fine and although I do agree that it was slightly susceptible to side winds I must say that I drove a corvette C6 and did the same thing above 130-140mph. They just seem to settle after that range for some reason. I do have tein S which lower the car considerably and I have a trunk lip spoiler and appearance package which probably help a little with the front air dam.

Chris

unless you have some serious aero on that car Im calling BS our cars are drag limited to about 153-155mph,,, which the OEM appearance package does not help at all with aero at that speed...

They are drag limited unless you are pushing 400hp at the wheels like Chris is with his turbo kit. Read up on who you're calling BS on first.
