how ya doing guys/girls?

i'm new to the forum, jus registered today so i hope everything goes well for me


i just recently bought a used 04 silver rx8 and was just wondering on a couple things..

1) what kind of tint would look better on it? mirror or just reg?

and

2) should i get bottom neons? and if so, what color?

as for your questions..i'd say regular tint...adn forget the neons...i had some and they would always break off.....had the front one get sucked under one of my wheels on the highway and it riped all the others out. LOL what can i say i was younger. I'd save teh money and get an intake or exhaust myself. don't waste money on the neons...in the end you'll just have holes in your underbody you'll have to plug with something (i used a lot of undercoating )

regular dark tint. no neons. happy modding

 

indeed..lol good thing i work as a auto tech..and know a buncha body guys. so no worries here...and no rust (if you do put neons the screws they use are pretty low quality and they will drill through your undercoating and expose the bear metal...therefor you'll have a possiblity of having rust..depending on where you are and environmental concerns)

just some things to think about. i'd go with a high flow cat and an exhaust (Racingbeat)..lill more than tint and neons but worth it imho

 

Yup reg. black tint [charcaol w/e] I got 15% windshield strip, side windows and 5% rear

As for the neons, ***** are gay IMO, way too "Look what I can do"
