KENSTYLE makes the bumper, I'm pretty sure they also made the wing. I think the whole kit is called 'Spec-KS', but I'm not certain.

 

I did this same mod years ago to my RX-8. The hardest part about the tails is having to cut them open to install the rings. But they look smexy when done. Especially if you replace the red reflector cover - looks OEM and invisible when not on.
