lol I think you're right, now would the 09 bumper bolt of to the 05? or is there a difference between the rad supports? If it's going to get too deep into swapping headlights, fenders, hood etc. then scratch that idea

I doubt I'll be getting that deep into it, maybe further down the road but I've only had it for 2 weeks lol. I'll just look into front lips and front grill kits, all I want is to give it a more aggressive appearance when I get suspension. The chin spoiler on mazdatrix kinda tingles me.

RE-A makes a kit that resembles the r3 front. IMHO i had a 09 sport and vomited at the sight of the front bumper.... blegh i hate the smiley face.
oh you should prob search, i wont but expect to be flamed for not searching, this is generic knowlage and one would hope to know what the front of their car looks, especially enough to notice the headlight difference.

I like the mazdaspeed front and sides but just can't come up with why I would spend that much on body pieces when I rather improve performance and handling. Wish I could because the car looks fly as ever with the mazdaspeed kit. Kinda wish more people sold parts in this area on this forum. There's some things I would buy used.

Though you cant have a s1 bumper compatible with a s2, they are different around the fenders and lights. A s1 style bumper that fits on a s2 is what i think you mean.
wanted to do this before my 09 went byebye.
pretty easy to mod a s1 bumper to a s2, though its still gonna be 900-1k+ even when using a replica bumper.

You can try this... but you'll give up an arm and a leg to ship from Malaysia.

You can try to email them and they will give you details on it, or try Goober8, I think he is associated with them.

Well, I don't know what 1000 in Malyasia people money is lmao. So you're most likely onto something. I just looked at the carbon page again and saw that it wasn't US currency.

That is $1000 RM (Ringgits) which is $319 USD.
You can use Google for a quick check on the differences in currency. For instance I searched, "1000 RM to USD", which resulted in, "1000 Malaysian ringgits = 319.0300 US dollars".
