Looking for some advice/suggestions here.....

I wanted to replace my OEM running light bulbs with something that looked better with my OEM HID's. I bought PIAA H-323 Xtreme White Quattro Super LED's. After much swearing (these are not easy to get too, especially the passenger side!), I finally was able to get them both changed.
They are too blue. While my OEM 194's looked too 'normal' and with the fog's and HID's, I had a three color scheme going, the new LED's are on the other end of the spectrum and they are too blue. This leaves me with another 3 color scheme.......I'm not happy.

I know alot of you have changed these....could someone please recommend a bulb that is close to the HID's??????

Dude your best bet would be Sylvania Silverstars. I had my doubts using non-HID bulbs to get the white light effects but the silverstars really comes as close to it as I'ved seen, it will not look blue at all. I had them on my old Toyota 4runner before I got my Shinka.

 

I ave the silverstars in my civc and I've gone through 2 sets in 6 months. I dumped them and wnet with these ricer "HID" lights at walmart for $14. They match really well and are brighter than the silverstars to my rx8's HID. I'm thinking of throwing them in the 8. and they've lasted a year now.

 

Are the running lights 194? What kind of bulbs does everybody use behind the clear corners, I want that xenon look also . I still have the ambers in there because I cant find anything I like. They make 194 led wedge bulbs that are white and they are close to xenon, cant find em.

 

I have the exact same problem guys, I cant figure out what to use for the running lights either... look at this four color mess!
