you can get the RS pantera tow hook on japanparts.com i think its around $200-300ish

imho you can get literally anything else and it would be a better investment... unless its the very last thing you can modify on your car...

While this crappy "spoiler" might work, a properly designed fender would be a much better and cleaner solution imho:
