From Billet Badges

Here's the response I got back from billet badges
Let me know
Dan,
That file worked. I lock in the scal of the text and placed it on my 1.5" domed face blank. The badge size is 1.5" X 7.5" with the text height of 13/16". Let me know if this will work for you or if you have any other changes. Talk to you soon.

The size of that badge will be HUGE!!! 7.5" wide will be much, much bigger than the MAZDA emblem and I think 1.5" high will be too tall. (See uploaded picture for mockup)

I went will the small letters because it ended up taking up less space on the rear. Here is a photoshop job I did with the proposed badge and how it will cover up the holes. I've made the holes RED. As you can see, the badge will be a lot bigger than what you really need.

The ideal size would be .75"H x 5.5"L.

I would very much like to see this with the "Rx-8" back in the center. Just for some comparisons. !

Definitely smaller, just enough to cover the holes would be best in my opinion.

I was thinking how this would look along with the RE Rotary badge at the back, but I am just scared if it will look too busy? Is anybody able to photochop a version of it for visual referencing?

Extra cost shipping. Got the $2 per letter deal, plus FedEx.

Think of the raunchy things you could spell out on your car with these letters, looking so OEM and all. I had real fun on the web site spelling out things like "Blow me, Officer" and the like.

Cool, I was hoping you didn't miss out on the $2/each deal.

Yeah I tried to think of something cool/creative to do for mine, but I think anything other than "Renesis" wold be cheezy.

Ordered mine today as well. $27, but along with the Renesis in 1", I got 1.3L in the 7/8" to put under the Renesis (at least that is the plan for now). I'll will make a final decision when I get the letters and can see how that will look on the car.

1.3 litres doesn't exactly make you the BSD.
