I like it mike. How's that paint stick to the plastic? Did you have to sand it down a bit before for it to stick well?

no sanding at all
Just spray and dry and spray and dry
I didn't do the battery cover because I thought it would look unbalanced unless I did the intake also.

I'm gonna look for that stuff tomorrow ina nice silver/gray color, or possibly red as well. I really liked the way that looks.

It was very simple to do. I just shook the can and sprayed....lol
It did take some time, but I wanted it to come out perfect for mikeb. We will be doing more under the hood. Maybe next weekend. The Krylon Fushion Paint is very nice. No sanding, no primier, no special technic. And it sticks very well.

Mikeb had to take the can away from me. I was starting to turn into Whealy. LOL J/K Whealy you are doing great work. Thanks for the inspiration.

Hey! I resemble that remark! I just saw this product on the web for painting your tires ... BLUE ... :D

Hey I asked for opinions before I proceeded. No one said anything negative. Of course I don't think anyone thought I would do it either! I've had the "8" for a whole 20 days!
