Rotary Extreme Sell R-magic for $1000
Mazdaspeed price probably will drop if the demand is low

very nice...ramfann, i've never installed a spoiler before...what exactly do you use to drill those holes? do you do anything special to prevent paint chips or rust spots?

also, how long did it take to recieve your order?

from experience with my probe...

your going to want to tape the area your going to be drilling up with masking tape. In the kit you should receive a couple plastic strips with pegs in them. Basically you put the strips on the trunk, line the wing mounting holes up with the plastic pegs, square up the wing and tape the plastic strips down. Then your going to take a thin drill bit and drill a pilot hole through the plastic pegs and through the trunk, remove the plastic strips and drill out the hole again with the drill bit that matches the mounting hardware.

Very important - after drilling out the final hole, take some touch up paint and paint the inside of the holes. I failed to do this the first time and got a bit of rust that developed.

nothing special to do, just be ready to drill a hole in your new baby! that sorta hurts....but the final product looks great. it really doesnt block up too much rear view, i was a bit concerned about that.

i have the yellow, and it matches exactly, but the red has the mica chips in it and i am curious as well. they have a money back guarantee and i suppose you could always ask them that question personally.

i like mine and it really was easy to do.

they messed up with my order and i had to call them. they have a tracking screen on thier web to see what is up with the spoiler. when we got things straightened out i believe it was approx 7-8 days.

they say 7-10 days for the shipping.

but i believe ibufubar (sorry if the spelling is off !) has been waiting for a while and i havent heard him say that he has done his.

As long as I don't spend most of my driving time at 100+mph on a curvy road course racing others for money.... I will vote for the mild mannered Mazdaspeed vers. Functional without being an F1 poser.

Anybody know if a dealer would install one of these (I would hate to have to drill holes in my car...)?

you could go to any body shop and they'd do it for you at a much cheaper price than the dealer. shop it around.
