Smile Re-sticking down trim

In the attached photos you can see the front spoiler is held in place partly with double-sided tape of some sort. On the front right side this is coming un-stuck. Any recomendations on how to re-glue it down (type of glue to drop in there etc) or is this warranty-able?
I bought the car used a couple of days ago, apart from this and some almost un-noticeable parking lot type dings it is very clean.

Fantastic car!

I can't see why it wouldn't be covered by warranty.
