Racing Beat Rear Wing: Whattya think?
$300 for a fiberglass, unpainted spoiler is a little spendy, but I still see it on my car in the future. If they could offer it painted for another $75 or so, that'd be flippin' sweet.
Looks like a lot of interest. Might be a good selling opportunity. When our vendors get enough in stock, maybe they can offer it at a reduced rate for us members?
I'd like to be one of the first on that list.

I really like this whole package, but I have very few mechanic/body skills. As a matter of fact, this would be the first time that I have ever modified the exterior appearance of a vehicle. For those of you in my boat (if there are any), where do you go to get this stuff installed? The dealership or just any body shop? How much might the painting and installation cost?
I would imagine that if you could have someone paint it for you (ask your dealership...even if they can't do it, they can usually recommend someone), the install wouldn't be all that difficult. If you have the factory spoiler on your car you can mount the RB one in the same holes = no drilling. However, if you don't have the factory spoiler, you're going to want to have a professional drill the holes. That way, if they mess up, you get a new trunk lid. Just about any body shop would do it. Just make sure you cover your behind. I'm sure the spoiler comes with all the necessary instructions, including where to drill. As is the case so many times, it's simply a matter of having the right tools to do the job.
It's on my list of wants... Yippie for tax returns! :D I'm a bit concerned about the fitment and painting though. Can anyone give a general idea of what that might cost?
I'm half convinced that I could do the fitment, but painting is well beyond me...

I've also found that some body shops won't even give you the time of day..they don't want the hassle of painting a single part. Hope that gives you some sort of ballpark...

Thanks. I guess I better consider any other body parts at the same time.
