I could not find any when I bought mine and no template came with them (ordered new from Mazda). The body shop I took the car to installed the clips with painted tips, mock installed the skirt so the painted tips transferred to the body, then drilled holes. You will need to transfer the black plastic clips/plugs from the body to the R3 skirts or they'll flop around.
