im looking forward to purchase the r-magic front bumper, but the price on for the authentic front bumper is just too expansive for me. so does anyone know any place that has knock-off r-magic front bumper?

history shows that over 95% of ppl who've bought replicas end up spending as much or more to get it to fit right, than if they'd just bought the genuine piece

That's not true at all. There is a large number of people who buy the replica, install it as-is on the car without getting it painted or fitted. Of course, half the rear bumper is flapping around loose in the wind, and the parts don't match the paint on the car, but in those cases it was cheaper than the genuine parts

Search ebay for the Revolver kit. I bought it before I knew about the R Magic kit and I had no problems with it. 750 for the whole kit including shipping.

before misleading others post pictures....especially close ups of where the trunk meets the rear bumper, the front bumper where it meets the fenders and the corner of the hood where it meets the fenders.....i would be willing to bet there are minimum 1-2 fingers of gap especially on a pre-fitted kit

You can buy the nose, in fiberglass for about $300.00. But will it fit right. I have some links but not on my work computer. I'll post them when I get home tonight.
It's the nose I plan on getting. So I've been looking around at the options.

Well, said.. If you can't afford it then you shouldn't buy a cheap replica of something. Garbage quality, plus you'll get laughed at for having a knock-off because you'll have to tell them everytime that it's not the real R Magic kit, but a cheap replica.

Agreed with everyone here. We got the ED R-Magic Knock off, & it took way too much work than I liked. Over 20 hrs on just the front bumper.. BLEH! Even now, as it sits, I am taking it back to get a little bit re-worked.

figure a good shop would charge around 75 bucks an hour and you can see how expensive a less expensive knock off really is.

He wouldn't need to, I'd just knock on the body kit and you could tell the difference in quality.

Here is one site that makes a fiberglass model.

http://www.extremedimensions.com/8370.html

But what do you get for $299.00?
And it says this on the description page.

(Cars depicted are highly modified for show which may include molding or adding to the original piece.
Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specified in the product description.)
